I just wanted to express my gratitude on behalf of my family for your help with dealing with Budget.  We could not believe that a rental company would try to do this to us, charge us $700 to rent the same vehicle we had reserved for one day less of service.  Your connection to the manager was instrumental and quite a relief that we didn’t have to spend that extra money that instead went to us enjoying our trip to Oahu.
